1. Coaching Services & VAT Notice

All golf lessons booked via Swanston Golf Academy are delivered by independent, self-employed coaches.

Swanston Golf Academy Ltd acts solely as a booking and payment agent for these coaches. Your contract is with the individual coach you book with, and any questions or feedback about your lesson should be directed to them.

Unless otherwise stated, VAT is not charged on coaching services as they are supplied by coaches who are not VAT-registered.

2. Golf Lesson Cancellation Policy

Golf lessons cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time are subject to a cancellation fee of the full lesson price.

We ask for this notice out of respect for your coach’s time and the limited availability of lesson slots.

3. Extreme Weather Policy

Lessons take place in a covered coaching studio or driving range, protecting you from most weather conditions.

In the event of extreme weather (e.g. strong winds blowing heavy rain, sleet or snow into the studio or driving range), your lesson may be cancelled and rescheduled. If so, you will be notified via text and email.

4. Rescheduling a Golf Lesson

You may reschedule a golf lesson (via your confirmation email) up to 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the lesson time are subject to the full cancellation fee.

5. Cancelling a Golf Lesson

Golf lessons can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance via the confirmation email.

Lessons cancelled within 48 hours will not be refunded.

6. Golf Lesson Programmes & Plans

All lesson programmes are non-refundable and are valid indefinitely.

You are free to schedule your sessions at a time that suits you.

7. Golf Lesson Gift Vouchers

All golf lesson gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

8. Golf Lesson Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for lessons cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.

Lessons cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable and may be charged at full price.

Please note: Lessons paid in Bitcoin (BTC) are non-refundable.
